We specialise in custom-made, personalised banners and décor, perfect for events, celebrations, and special occasions.

2. Are all your items handmade?
Yes, all our items are lovingly handmade to order, ensuring a unique and personal touch in every product.

3.will my item look exactly like the pictures?

All our products are handmade to order, making each item unique and created especially for you. While we strive to replicate the designs as closely as possible, there may be slight variations due to the handcrafted nature of our work. Colour of card may vary slightly due to different brands/ card being discontinued etc.

These small differences are part of what makes your item special and one of a kind. If you have specific concerns or preferences, feel free to contact us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Ordering & Personalisation

4. How do I place an order?
After exploring our products, you can select your preferred colours & options directly on the product page. When you click ‘Add to Cart,’ a pop-up box will appear, allowing you to input your personalisation details.

5. Can I request a design that’s not listed on your website?
Yes! If you have a specific idea in mind, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to bring your vision to life.

6. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Changes can only be made before production begins.

Production & Delivery

7. How long will it take to make my order?
Production time is typically 10 working days (approximately 2 weeks) before dispatch.

8. What are your delivery options?
We use An Post for orders within Ireland and Royal Mail for UK deliveries. Estimated delivery times are 3-5 working days.

9. Do you offer tracked delivery?
Yes, especially during busy seasons like Christmas, all orders are sent using tracked delivery. (upDATED 29TH noVEMBER)

10. Are there any customs charges for UK orders?
No, UK orders are free from customs charges as they are shipped from NORTHERN IRELAND.

Returns & Refunds

11. Do you accept returns?
Since all items are personalised, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

12. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us immediately, and we will work with you to find a solution.
