Shipping Policy
Ireland & UK SHipping.

Please allow at least 15 working days (3 weeks) for your order to be processed and delivered.

eXISTING DESIGNS:

Processing time : 10 working days

Shipping time : approx 3-5 working days (An Post or Royal Mail)

Please allow longer for custom designs.

All our products are made to order, ensuring they are uniquely crafted for you.

Please plan accordingly to allow enough time for both production and delivery, especially if you have an upcoming event.

For UK orders, shipments are handled by Royal Mail, and there are no custom charges. Orders within Ireland are dispatched through An Post.

Refund & Returns Policy

As orders are all personalised, we do not accept returns.

Please contact me if:
- Your order is not as described
- You are not satisfied with your order
- Your order is damaged

Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived after the delivery timeframe outlined above, we are happy to offer you a resolution. This may include either:

  • A replacement item sent to you free of charge, or

  • A full refund for your order.

However, if your order is still within the stated processing + delivery timeframe, we are unable to take further action until the delivery period has elapsed.
